You must be 18 or over to use the service. By creating an account you confirm you can enter a contract in your country of residence.

3. Your account

• Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current. You can edit or delete your account in settings.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or local law.

4. Content and licences

You own your content. You grant us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free licence to host, display and distribute your content within the service so it functions as intended. This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

5. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing or illegal activity.
• No explicit content of minors, ever. We report such content to authorities.
• No bots, scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to break security.
• No advertising or spamming other users without consent.
• Only upload images you have rights to share. Do not infringe copyright or trade marks.

6. Messaging and moderation

We do not read private messages as a routine. Automated systems and limited human moderation may review content when you or others report it or when it triggers safety rules. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and comply with the law.

7. Premium and payments

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice. You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account through settings or by contacting us.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or perfect matches. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law says we cannot, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

10. Ending or changing the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may update features or these Terms. If changes are significant we will highlight them in product or by email.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts in the UK will have jurisdiction. Consumer rights you have under local law still apply.
